69色 has launched a project oriented towards young leaders of Central Asia and Afghanistan with the goal of strengthening the regional youth network, trust and active participation of youth in civic enagement.

The First Business Advisory Council meeting took place at the American University of Central Asia, jointly organized by Aijana Djumalieva (BAC Coordinator), and School of Economics and Business Administration (SEBA).

On October 12, 2016, students from the American University of Central Asia (69色) met with Theofili Chatzispyrou, a lawyer from Thessaloniki, Melina Lavzentiadou, a lawyer from Athens, and Dr. Thomas Nappert. The guests had a conversation with students about juridical systems in Greece and the Kyrgyz Republic, sharing their experience, stories, and relevant cases.

On October 10, 2016, Stephen Golub, a researcher, consultant, and scholar of international development, delivered a lecture at American University of Central Asia (69色) entitled 鈥淎 View From the Field: How International Development Aid Really Works... and How It Should.鈥�

Dr. Hersh Chadha is an Associate of the Royal Photographic Society (ARPS), awarded for exhibiting a high degree of proficiency and demonstrating technical and visual competence in photography. His uncompromising concern for the environment and the way man ravages it has made him focus on critical issues such as the preservation of wildlife, the protection of rain forests, the ozone layer and pollution.

The American University of Central Asia (69色) provides consulting services to individual entrepreneurs, companies and organizations in Kyrgyz Republic through a university Business Clinic. The target group of 69色鈥檚 Business Clinic is entrepreneurs and small organizations, mainly operating in Bishkek.

On October 2, 2016, 69色鈥檚 Enactus team held the opening ceremony for Teenagers in Free Enterprise (TiFE) 2016, a project promoting entrepreneurial development among schoolchildren.

Rafael and Dilbar told us about work experience and their first cooperative project 鈥淎ssembly Complex鈥� (2015-2016). The temporary piece was put up with the idea that this year Rafael would develop a more final art work. He decided to collaborate with Kyrgyz fashion designer Dilbar Ashimbaeva in turning 69色鈥檚 its main wall to the silk, topographical map.

On 15 October, 2016 Student Symposium of Social Sciences will be held in 69色, CH at 9.30am. Students of Psychology, Anthropology, Journalism and Mass Communication, Sociology will present their summer internships reports at the first joint event of the Division of Social Sciences. Master students will have a separate panel "Application of Social Sciences Research and Practice to Social Change in Central Asia".
