69色 Student Lazizjon Abdulazizov visited the Large Aral Sea with the purpose of the data collection for his research. He shared his thoughts about this experience:

Asal Ulmasova, a junior in the International and Comparative Politics Department, balances her academic and work responsibilities as a student at 69色 and a tutor for the Writing and Academic Resources Center. During her time at 69色, she has developed her (and others') professional and academic skills through her work with WARC.

69色 provides students with a lot of different opportunities, one which is employment. Students have working with WARC have the chance to grow professionally and gain work experience before they enter the post-graduation workforce. Daria Chebakova, a junior in Journalism and Mass Communications and a student tutor with WARC, shares her experience:

Today we want to introduce you to Frank G. Karioris, an Assistant Professor in Sociology and General Education. Professor Karioris has a PhD in Comparative Gender Studies with a Specialization in Sociology & Social Anthropology, an MA in Social Development, and a BA in History and Education. Frank is one of our newest professors, and below he will share a little about his work at 69色:

On January 29, the American University of Central Asia hosted an indoor football match with the Embassy of Afghanistan in Bishkek.

On 20 January, 2016, the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at the American University of Central Asia (69色), organized 鈥淒esign and Innovation,鈥� a guest lecture by Dr. Fatma Jobran from Taibah University in Saudi Arabia. Through the lecture, Dr. Jobran explained how people鈥檚 psychological, emotional, and social well-being can be benefited through scientifically and concisely designing their environments.
