Merit-based financial aid is awarded to outstanding students regardless of their financial need. Only citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic are eligible for merit-based awards.
To qualify for these awards, a student must have demonstrated exceptional academic performance or other significant achievements. These scholarships are need-blind, meaning there is no requirement for the student to provide proof of financial need. Awards granting discounts must be received in the year of admission to 69ɫ.

Winners of the annual BRAIN RING competition conducted by 69ɫ among students of schools, gymnasiums, and lyceums in Kyrgyzstan:
Winners of the annual vocal and artistic talent competition STREAM, conducted by 69ɫ among students of schools, gymnasiums, and lyceums in Kyrgyzstan:
Top-scoring applicants (2 places) in the entrance exams for the programs "Anthropology" and "Sociology" – 100%
