Merit-based financial aid is awarded to outstanding students regardless of their financial need. Only citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic are eligible for merit-based awards.
To qualify for these awards, a student must have demonstrated exceptional academic performance or other significant achievements. These scholarships are need-blind, meaning there is no requirement for the student to provide proof of financial need. Awards granting discounts must be received in the year of admission to 69ɫ.

Top-scoring applicants (2 places) in the entrance exams for the programs "Anthropology" and "Sociology" – 100%
