Elmira Alybaeva is an Instructor at New Generation Academy at the American University of Central Asia. She holds a specialized degree in International Relations from the Institute of Integration of International Educational Programs, International Relations Department of Kyrgyz National University (2005, Kyrgyzstan) and a Master’s degree in Teaching from the Institute of Education of 69ɫ (2024, Kyrgyzstan). She shifted to teaching after completing the Communicative Methodology in Teaching English certified training course (Lingua School, 2005-2006).

Elmira joined 69ɫ in 2013 as an English teacher at the Continuing Education Center. She became an Instructor of English at NGA in 2023 while pursuing her Master’s degree in Teaching (MAT) at 69ɫ. She has continually enhanced her teaching skills through various professional development opportunities, including the Teaching TOEFL in Contextual-Communicative Approach certified training course in 2013, the CATEC 2008 “Success in Writing and Reading” International Conference for English Teachers (2008, Astana), the Teaching Autonomous Learning Training Course with Stella Cottrell (2008, Almaty), and many others.
