Khiradmand Sheraliev is a Coordinator at the Writing and Academic Resource Center (WARC) and an Instructor at the New Generation Academy of the American University of Central Asia (69ɫ). He holds a dual Master's degree in International Relations and Global Studies from Central European University and Bard College (2024) with a GPA of 3.84. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in International and Comparative Politics from 69ɫ (2022) with a GPA of 3.86.
Khiradmand’s journey at 69ɫ began in 2020 as a Writing Tutor at WARC, where he supported students one-on-one with their writing assignments and research projects. His role expanded as he became the WARC Coordinator in 2022 after graduation from 69ɫ, where he managed administrative tasks, supervised student tutors, and led university-wide academic writing workshops. His leadership extended into research by joining Central Asia Barometer as a Research Assistant in August 2024, where he provided critical research support on Central Asia-China relations and regional dynamics. In this capacity, he conducts desk research, coordinates project meetings, and collaborates with theteam to produce an analytical note for publication till the end of October 2024.
In addition to his roles at 69ɫ, Khiradmand gained invaluable international experience as a Government Relations & Contracts Intern at the Business Council for International Understanding (BCIU) in New York, where he drafted key proposals and coordinated high-level international delegations. His diverse background also includes internships at The European-American Business Organization, Inc., where he conducted strategic market research for EU-US business expansions.
