Bard and 69色 have established an institutional partnership that offers 69色 students a dual-degree program and a curriculum based in the American liberal arts tradition. Since awarding the first dualdegrees in 2011, the Bard-69色 partnership has continued to grow as faculty and students from both campuses exchange knowledge and experience to improve higher education in Central Asia.
